Notes:

  • Hire of Main Hall or Coffee Lounge is for that room only.
  • The kitchen is available for hire. Please contact us for details. Village users £8.00 per hour. Non village/commercial £12.00 per hour.
  • PARTIES:  optional charge to cover cleaning and for the hire of table linen.
  • INCLUDED is the hire of Laptop computers and PA System.
  • 30 min set-up time and 30 min clear-up time added to all bookings.
  • Please note that you must be over 18 to book the Community Centre.
  • The rates are inclusive of heat and lighting.
  • Except in the case of long term group bookings a deposit of the hire fee is required to secure a booking.
  • The balance must be paid no later than 2 weeks before the date of hire. No bookings will be
    confirmed until deposits have been received.
  • Acceptance of commercial bookings (at commercial rates) will be at the committee's discretion.
  • The hirer may not enter or use the premises other than the specific hours for which the hall is booked.
  • Area to be left in good condition, all chairs, tables etc tidied up and all rubbish either put in bins or taken away.
